Pickfords Move Management

Pickfords is the largest removals company in the UK.

We work in partnership with Pickfords to find them great junior talent with the capability to progress into higher level roles. In turn, Pickfords pay for driving lessons and leadership training for staff with potential. They understand the importance of succession planning and now have a pipeline of talent ready to move into team leader and HGV driver roles.
