What we do

Support young people into a career with a company that cares

We help jobseekers to access great junior jobs with awesome employers. Our employers go above and beyond to support you to move up the career ladder, giving you a fairer chance to prove yourself and progress at work.

Young people

Help employers to unearth talent from a wider range of backgrounds

We help employers to close skills gaps by recruiting junior talent based on attitude. We help you look further than connections, prior experience and qualifications to find great candidates with the potential to succeed.

Employers

Provide careers and employer engagement services to schools

We bring passionate employers into schools to talk about work and inspire young people to explore career options. We also provide real careers advice, based on labour market intelligence and our daily recruitment activity.

Careers

Partner with others on projects that support social mobility

We are comissioned by government departments, charities and training providers to run projects and pilots that connect young people with employers and create fairer routes into work. Learn more about our projects.

Why we do it

We are passionate about social mobility.

We want to support young people, whatever their background or life circumstances, to get a fairer crack at accessing good jobs and not be so reliant on connections, qualifications or previous experience.

By helping forward-thinking employers to recruit differently, we close skills gaps, improve business performance and staff satisfaction. We also give young people a fairer start into work and a better chance of fulfilling their in-work potential.
